Malissa Peters
Co-owner and Esthetician, Vacation Club

Malissa is a licensed esthetician with over 20 years experience, SpecializING in Facials, waxing, and Natural looking brows. She takes pride in helping run a Green salon Space, prioritizing sustainability and conservation, using Natural products and assuring that her clients have a relaxing experience.

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, you can find Malissa on days off hiking, basket weaving, ON the coast or traveling TO REMOTE PARTS OF THE WORLD.

Allison Jane Gorman

Allison Jane is a born and raised Oregonian who has been doing hair professionally since 2011. She specializes in balayage, sun-kissed dimension, baby-lights, low-maintenance color, fine hair, long layered cuts and classic bobs. She loves deriving inspiration from the 60’s and 70’s for the hairstyles she creates behind the chair, combining vintage and classic looks with modern updates.

When she’s not in the salon, you can find her hanging out with her tiny chihuahua named Donna, thrift shopping, or watching TV shows and movies from the 60’s and 70’s.

Allison Harris
Hairstylist, Vacation Club

Allison has been in the industry for over 15 years. She trained in precision cutting with Vidal Sassoon, and extensive razor cutting with bumble and bumble and pony studios. Razor cutting, soft blended shapes, face flattering bangs and bobs of all kinds are Allison’s specialties! She loves working with her clients natural hair texture encouraging easy low maintenance styling. Balayage, lived in color, warm blondes, rich brunettes and redheads of all kinds are her happy place for coloring. Allison really listens to her clients needs and wants, working with them to give them their dream hair that works for their personal style and lifestyle.

Amanda Nove Pocha

Amanda started doing hair in 2006 and worked at a Vidal Sassoon based salon in Southern California for 6 years. The salon gave her several years extensive training in creative cuts and Schwarzkopf color. While working in California she did hair for award winning hair shows and continued on to be an educator for Bumble and bumble, as well as teaching classes to new stylists in the salon. Since moving to Oregon in 2012, she was inspired by the PNWs natural beauty and refined her craft to help clients fall in love with and enhance their texture and color, while hoping to simplify her clients' daily morning hair routines. She’s happy to do a silent hair experience on request, but also enjoys chatting about hiking, tarot cards, pets, books, and hearing about her clients' lives.

Bethany has been styling hair in Portland since 2001. She believes in continued education and creating an open, respectful space. With a speciality in low-maintenance hair of all textures, she sculpts shapes that are unique to each person who sits in her chair.

Whether it’s bright, vivid colors, grey blending, or a sun kissed balayage, her thoughtful approach to color and time based appointments always give a tailored and gorgeous fit.

Bethany’s lifelong passion is to find balance and integrity from scalp to ends. This has inspired her use of clean color, beauty rituals, and her own line of handmade skin and hair products, BäR.

Crystal Lake

Crystal first started doing hair in the early 2000s by giving haircuts at parties in Austin, Texas. She refined her craft in NYC through a wide variety of experiences. But, she has finally been able to come into her own since arriving in Portland in 2016.

Behind the chair, Crystal is detail oriented, artistic and intentional. Your comfort is her priority and that includes an add on service of Reiki or simply not talking if you prefer. She specializes in straight razor and combined tool haircuts to achieve the right amount of movement, volume, bulk removal, added texture and natural curl enhancement. Pixies, mullets, shags, bobs, curls, pretty hair, weird hair- she loves it all. As for color, sun kissed balayage, rich brunettes, juicy reds and grey blending with O+M Organic hair color are her strengths. You are her inspiration and her goal is that your look suits your hair type, lifestyle and how you want to feel.

In real life she loves fashion, films, dancing, personal transformation, vintage treasure hunting, neighborhood cat stalking and quality time with friends.

Daniela Zarevich

With more than a decade of styling experience, Daniela specializes in curly or textured hair, razor cutting, dimensional blonding and balayage, and lived-in takes on rainbow color.

Prioritizing easy styling, natural texture and statement color, Daniela creates effortless, low maintenance styles for a bold but easy, distinctly West Coast aesthetic. Whether she is dry cutting curls or razoring wavy or straight hair, her technique focuses on removing weight to bring out texture, body and movement. A smoky pink razor bob with little bangs, a slept-in shag in a 70s-golden blond, tousled long platinum waves with seamless layers, or a tear drop shaped lob with curly bangs and sun-touched balayage - hair for lazy days, basement shows, thrifting in rainy weather and time in the art studio.

Daniela is a gardener, crafter, and artist who spends most of her time bossing around plants and being bossed around in return by her dog, and her dog’s cat who thinks that he’s a dog. She loves talking fantasy novels, plants of all kinds, gaming, and music.

Her chair is body positive and gender affirming.

Raquel Cruz

Raquel has been in the hair and beauty industry for over a decade, and brings her unique passion and expertise to every person who sits in her chair. Raquel has attended many trainings over the years, including Curls Unlocked with Mahaila and Pony Education Razor Boot Camp. She is dedicated to continued education, with a special concentration in curly hair and razor cutting. She has found her niche in creative fashion colors as well as natural, multidimensional color. She loves working with curly hair, soft, romantic shapes, transformation cuts and razor cuts. She can also provide highly stylized, modern, quirky, and individualized haircuts. Raquel looks to her own culture for inspiration, which is another reason she deeply enjoys working with client’s natural hair texture, and honoring the ancestral and cultural importance of hair.

Raquel wants to make your hair dreams a reality. She wants you to leave her chair feeling like a refreshed version of yourself. During your time in her chair, she hopes to create a space for you to unwind, relax and nourish yourself, or just talk about what TV shows you’ve been loving lately. She wants you to use your time with her how you want to use it!

Raquel wants the best for you and your hair; she uses a combination of Kevin Murphy and Original Mineral which are Ammonia, PPD, and Resorcinol-free organic hair color lines.

When she’s not behind the chair, Raquel enjoys immersing herself in nature and music, both of which provide inspiration for her work. On any given day, you may find Raquel soaking up the sun at a river, enjoying local concerts, or finding treasures at a thrift store. She is also looking forward to adopting a dog in the near future, who she knows will be her new,forever obsession!

SHELBY GORDON

Shelby has been doing hair professionally since 2012. Her specialties include rich natural color, medium to long hair, balayage, blondes and extensions. She values making every guest feel comfortable and having thorough consultations to ensure her clients know what to expect and receive the best service possible. Shelby has invested in continued education and continues to do so on a regular basis. In Shelby’s free time you can find her adventuring with her wife and two dogs. She does not specialize in fashion colors or short hair and is not accepting new guests at this time.

Tina Lucchesi

Tina Lucchesi is a San Francisco Bay Area native, has been in Portland for seven years now, and has been doing hair for 30 years. She is a pretty well-seasoned hairdresser from classic and to wild style. She loves creative haircuts and uses a wet/dry method of scissor and razor cutting. She loves to work with curly wavy natural hair and lived-in styles. But she also loves classic haircuts and considers herself a shag master. Color-wise, Tina is into natural looking highlights and color and gray blending, but also into edgy rock ‘n’ roll looks. When she is not behind the chair, she's with her long-term partner and three beautiful cats. She's a foodie, nature lover, sings in bands, plays drums, is a weirdo movie and rock n roll fanatic, and a vintage hustler and collector. Tina is a Libra, meaning easy-going  and loves everything to smell good and her surroundings to be aesthetically pleasing to the eye, so being a hairstylist for so long has really worked in her favor. She loves people, and loves connecting with clients and having them put their trust in her to make them look great.
